Corquilleroy has opened a health center in 2012 with nurses, pediatrician, osteopath, a consultation room with a desk, examination table, measuring stick, scale etc. It lacks computer and SS software.
In the municipality itself there are 800 patients waiting for the new GP. That is the number of patients that the previous doctor had. In the immediate vicinity, however, there is also a shortage of general practitioners. This involves around 10,000 patients, so if desired, the practice can certainly be expanded.
In the Amily hospital, the doctors of the agglomeration consult in the evening from 8 pm to midnight. They charge a fee per night. For the new doctor in Corquilleroy it is possible to do a service here once a week.
